Sorting Reports

(My reports tab only)

To open the Sort dialog, do one of the following:

To sort folders or reports:

  1. Select the field to be sorted from the Sort field.
  2. Select the Sort range (Across all folders or Within all folders)

    Note: "Across all folders" will sort all reports in all folders by the Sort type selected. "Within all folders" will sort reports within their respective folders by the Sort type selected.
  3. Choose the Sort type (Ascending or Descending).
  4. If applicable, select more information to display including Save date and Last accessed date.
  5. Click OK.

Note: Sorting affects only the current view. The next time you visit the site, reports will be displayed in the original order.
