Sorting Reports
(My reports tab only)
To open the Sort dialog, do one of the following:
- Click the Sort button .
- Select Edit menu > Sort.
To sort folders or reports:
- Select the field to be sorted from the Sort field.
- Select the Sort range (Across all folders or Within all folders)
Note: "Across all folders" will sort all reports in all folders by the Sort type selected. "Within all folders" will sort reports within their respective folders by the Sort type selected. - Choose the Sort type (Ascending or Descending).
- If applicable, select more information to display including Save date and Last accessed date.
- Click OK.
Note: Sorting affects only the current view. The next time you visit the site, reports will be displayed in the original order.
