Viewing a Missing Value Dictionary

A missing value dictionary is a list of all the missing values in a data source. Missing value dictionaries have the following parts:

Missing values usually explain why certain data values are missing. (A missing value is not the same as a zero value.)

Missing value symbols are the indicators that appear to show that missing values are present. Missing value symbols do not appear in brackets. (Symbols in brackets are footnote symbols.)

Missing value text appears in a popup when you hover over a missing value symbol with your mouse cursor.
